Julia did so great with the centerpieces!

And although he was smiling from ear to ear all day, I on the otherhand was bawling my eyes out once we got to the church and I was able to stop and think about the choice Brandon had made. I was so proud of him and at the same time reflecting on how we got to this point.
I was so sad he doesn't have a father who could perform the ordinances. However, as I looked around and saw all the worthy priesthood holders he has in his life I was able to look at the fact that it's true, his dad doesn't live with us and no, he can't baptize and confirm any of his children, but that's the way it is. And all I can do is surround Brandon by fabulous examples and am grateful beyond words that in deed, he surely is.

Oh my goodness! I can't believe he's 8! I love looking at your blog - your kids are just growing up so fast.
What a great baptism day! Your kids sure do have a lot of people close around (and across country!) them who love them!
What a great day that was! I loved seeing Brandon so excited- he was so cute and happy! We were all proud of Brandon!
